EXPANDABLE SHELTER FOR

CLASSIFIED INSTALLATIONS

GENERAL INFORMATION

 Expandable shelter for classified installations

The shelter complies with ISO 668 standards and can be expanded by removing a single mobile drawer.

The ISO 1C shelter, which can be expanded on one side, is equipped with three operator stations in compact configuration and five operator stations in expanded configuration, with the possibility of accommodating up to ten people.

All moving parts of the structure, such as the expandable drawer, doors, and safety hatches, are finished with conductive gaskets and conductive silicones to ensure galvanic continuity with the entire structure and thus maintain its shielding characteristics, i.e., a minimum attenuation level of 60 dB in the 150 kHz – 1GHz frequency range.

The shelter is still operational even when closed, i.e., when not expanded.

The structure consists of sandwich-type aluminum panels joined to the support beams by continuous wire welding in accordance with ASTM 1925.99.

The cell can be expanded by two people in a maximum of 30 minutes.

The structure is already designed for air transport and airliftability on C130J in accordance with MIL-STD 1791 and ICAO IT standards.

The shelter is operational both on the ground, raised and leveled, and on a stationary vehicle.
